Info & Policies

Thank you for enrolling your child at New City.  The community of people (the parents, the staff, the students and the board) involved at New City make a variety of promises or covenants that help hold us accountable to the goals we are trying to accomplish.  Please look at the Covenants here and refer to them often.

Parent Student Handbook

Our Parent-Student Handbook contains a great deal of information about the school including the dress code, attendance policy, car line procedures, field trips,  and discipline policy.  Please download it here.  The Handbook is also available in the Head of School's office.

New City has students and staff traveling from both the city and the county. The roads may be fine in your neighborhood but dangerous in another area.  If there is a chance of bad weather please listen to  WLOS or go to the WLOS website for school closings. You can also sign up through WLOS to have closings sent by text to your phone. As always, please use your own judgment about whether it is safe to travel. Our Inclement Weather Policy can be viewed here

You can find out more details about the school in this Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Guide.

School Declaration

Our students memorize many things including the New City Christian School Declaration which can be downloaded here.
